Class Overview

Our b3 Strength workout is designed to build strength in mind and body, moving slowly and with intention. Our expert instructors will guide you on proper technique and body alignment, using heavier weights and resistance bands. Join us in the studio—bare feet or grippy socks are encouraged, or indoor-only shoes if you prefer.
