Class Overview

Sometimes you want to stroll. The Slow & Comfortable Move class follows a traditional 'flow’ structure which integrates the holding of poses with smooth transitions. This class will move at a slow to moderate pace which allows for positions can be held for a longer period of time. The purpose of this class is to encourage a deeper stretch for the body while still getting a full body work-out. The room will be lightly heated for this class.

Similarly, Lowcountry Yoga integrates the mechanics and philosophy of yoga, connecting the physical with the mental and emotional. In every class, they focus on building heat inside the body to build strength and stretch our bodies to new limits. Whether they use weights or no weights, go fast or slow, the goal is to always connect with our minds, bodies and surroundings.
