Class Overview

Things just feel right when they are aligned. This Hatha style class focuses on proper body mechanics, positioning and longer holds. The purpose of this class is to increase stability of breath, body and mind. It may sound easy, but this class will challenge everyone! The room will be lightly heated.

Lowcountry Yoga is a boutique studio that combines the spirit of the lowcountry with the practice of yoga. In exquisite form, the lowcountry integrates old and new. Similarly, Lowcountry Yoga integrates the mechanics and philosophy of yoga, connecting the physical with the mental and emotional. In every class, they focus on building heat inside the body to build strength and stretch our bodies to new limits. Whether they use weights or no weights, go fast or slow, the goal is to always connect with our minds, bodies and surroundings.
