This dancer-inspired, 45-minute class lets you pack in movement while boosting your balance, strengthening your core and pelvic floor, and supporting natural lymphatic drainage. With less emphasis on weights or resistance bands, Bounce & Sculpt is a perfect complement to classes like Bounce & Barre, giving you a balanced weekly workout routine that keeps your body challenged in fresh, effective ways.
