Class Overview

Prepare for a fun and engaging class where modifications are introduced at the start. Experience a beat-driven, dance-inspired workout designed to flow seamlessly, creating a continuous dance-like experience. Throughout the session, you’ll alternate between on and off the trampoline, engaging in low-impact cardio bursts. The maximum consecutive time on the trampoline is capped at 10 minutes. This class really utilizes the trampoline—expect planks, core exercises, and standing thigh and seat work. The trampoline transforms into a barre for standing thigh and seat work, offering a head-to-toe workout that strengthens and lengthens the body.
