Munch Dance Fit is part of New England Movement Arts Center. All classes are taught by Ann Munchmeyer, an AFAA certified instructor who has many years of experience at Boston Sports Clubs and other Boston-area clubs. Classes are open to all levels.

- Classues are held in Studio 4 (#119 on the door), located on the far right of the bldg; can be accessed from the parking lot or through the main entrance and then turning right and going to the end of the hall.
