Class Overview

A cardiovascular + core based workout that focuses on muscular endurance and core training by utilizing light weights and resistance, with intense intervals of cardio pushes to increase heart rate and boost metabolism. Designed to define and tone muscles, as well as improve cardiovascular efficiency. Class is modifiable for all levels, injuries and pregnancy.
