Class Overview

Join us for a 45 min postpartum focused training class. This class is perfect for both expecting and new mamas--- baby not required! You'll keep your baby with you on your mat, so carseats, carriers, blankets, bouncers etc. are welcome but space is limited. If you need to feed, change, or soothe your baby mid class-- no sweat! We'll also keep music a bit lower for little ears. Come SCULPT without the stress of childcare with a supportive community of likeminded mamas!

  • Clean indoor sneakers are required for classes (Sculpt and Sweat X Sculpt are the only formats performed barefoot, grippy socks are optional)

STRENGTH, SCULPT & SWEAT are their 3 main formats built around functional strength training, mat pilates, barre, and HIIT. You'll be consistently challenged throughout, and they guarantee you'll leave feeling fatigued yet so damn accomplished!  Their top-notch instructors help guide the workouts for all levels, with options to modify or advance based on fitness level, injury, or pregnancy.
