Class Overview

Heated with Infrared, our SLOW FLOW yoga classes deliver slower paced movement with an emphasis on breathwork and mindful awareness. Each class will be inspired by a thoughtful playlist and a unique intention. This class will maintain continuous movement, but at a slower pace than our POWER vinyasa offering. Many poses will be held for longer to focus on a deeper stretch. Beneficial for muscle recovery and tightness, this class will leave you feeling rejuvenated.

  • Mats are provided for all clients. Mat-length towels recommended for all heated offerings. (Available for rent for $5)
