Class Overview

Boxing is a sport that involves two people fighting each other with their fists, usually wearing gloves, with the goal of landing punches on the opponent and ultimately winning the match by knockout or by the judges' decision. It's one of the oldest sports in the world and has been practiced for centuries. It requires a high level of physical fitness, endurance, and hand-eye coordination. Boxers also develop discipline, self-control, and mental toughness. It is a sport that can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities, whether for recreation or competition. Know before you go

  • Please arrive 10 minutes early for your class
  • For your first class, equipment will be provided. After your first class, you will need 16oz boxing gloves, shin guards, hand wraps, and a mouth guard for Muay Thai/Striking classes, and a Gi for BJJ Gi classes and general athletic clothing for their No-Gi courses.
  • Bring a filled water bottle
  • All equipment is available for purchase
  • Upon arrival, please proceed downstairs and take your shoes off before entering the basement door
