This class focuses on the Pilates whole system by incorporating both mat and chair exercises. This class pulls the foundational knowledge from the mat and applies them to the chair apparatus. This class with focus on movement fundamentals for proper form, generating optimal results. You can expect to achieve strength, tone, and body awareness.

Know before you go

  • Mat classes are being held at Lynx Fitness Club
  • Sticky socks required for all Equipment Classes (available for purchase)
  • Please arrive early for class - you will not be admitted into class after 10 minutes.
  • You must have completed at least 5 Reformer 101 classes at Boston Body Pilates in order to book "All Levels" equipment classes. Email info@fitreserve.com if completed.
