Healthy, delicious and so easy to make, this watermelon salsa from Ariane Hundt, Founder of Brooklyn Bridge Boot Camp, is sure to be a crowd pleaser at your next barbeque and will keep you refreshed in the hot summer heat.
Just mix the following ingredients in a bowl, serve and enjoy!
-Watermelon
-Cucumber
-Tomato
-Onion
-Cilantro
-Lime Juice
-Kosher Salt
-Pepper
