Class Overview

Dynamic Breathwork, Mantra, and Sound Meditation. The practice contains specific, practical practices that carefully and precisely support the mind and guide the body through the use of breath, mantra, mudra, seated and floor based postures to wake up the energy within and redirect stress into peace, vitality, and ease. This is a more dynamic mediation practice that builds mental, physical, and emotional endurance. Each class will explore different aspects of kundalini and kris yoga. Expect mantra, breath work, and a variety of set seated or standing movements accompanying the breathwork. All experience levels are welcome! Come experience the vitality! PLEASE NOTE: NO LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive with at least 5 minutes to allow settling in.

  • Must arrive at least 5 minutes before class! (doors lock as soon as class starts)
  • Mat rentals for $2 and you can borrow all other props
  • There's a small parking lot in front of the studio and next door that the studio shares with the 2324 plaza. (If you don't find a spot, you can park for free along Bluebonnet Street behind the studio)

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Sukha Yoga is a heart-centered, Bhakti, & Vinyasa studio located in ATX in the heart of 78704. They are a small, family owned, local business with a diverse studentship that is centered and focused on COMMUNITY FIRST. They aim to lighten and brighten your spirits through our collective breath and movement taking the practice off your mats and into your lives. The intention is to be more connected, compassionate and loving as we interact with ourselves and the world around us. Their schedule is filled with traditional vinyasa flows, Kundalini, yin & restorative, meditation, and power flow classes.
