Class Overview

Total Body Camps will follow a format consisting of one of the following: Strength & Stability Designed to build foundational strength, balance, and stability. Combining compound exercises with isolated single-sided movements, this camp will make you move stronger and smarter. Strength & Agility A dynamic workout designed to improve athleticism—building strength and coordination in a fun, approachable way. Using lighter weights and faster-paced movements, this camp helps you move quicker and feel stronger. Power A high-energy strength and conditioning camp designed to push your limits. Combining heavy lifts with explosive cardio bursts, this workout builds power, endurance, and stamina. Tabata A true tabata-style class that keeps you moving with short, intense intervals (25 seconds or less) and minimal breaks. Designed to maintain a consistently elevated heart rate, this workout builds speed, endurance, and explosive power. MetCon MetCon (Metabolic Conditioning) is a high-intensity camp designed to build muscle, stamina, and overall fitness through longer, sustained intervals (30 seconds and above). This workout challenges your strength and conditioning while keeping your energy levels high.

STUDIO OVERVIEW

HEAT Bootcamp is unlike any workout you've ever done! A combination of strength training, functional fitness, and core conditioning to give you the strong, lean body you're looking for. Built on the principles of Innovation, Intensity, and most importantly, Fun, HEAT Bootcamp is "more than just a workout."  Their coaches create new workouts each day that are scalable to all fitness levels and they never coach the same class twice. You can expect a variety of formats, from standard HIIT, Tabata, Strength Conditioning, and more.
