Class Overview

With opportunities, modifications, and assists for all levels to benefit, this class is a happy balance of a static-dynamic vinyasa class with a little extra time towards the end for holding passive asanas (postures) leading practitioner gradually to the completely passive state of relaxation at the end of class.   There will be pranayama options and suggestions throughout the sequence to support practitioner to not only manage their endurance in a healthy way, but to also maintain steady heart rate, blood flow, and oxygenation to the blood.  Also, With 90 minutes time we are able to get postures for more ranges of motion into the sequence, tho it is still not enough time to make it a complete sequence with good quality, we can still create significant effect on the central nervous system, flooding practitioner with bliss results if practiced in correct way.  Join us to develop your practice in balanced way, learn how to practically approach postures and vinyasas with as much support as you need or as little support as you can handle, regulating yourself and your practice accordingly to get the maximum benefits with minimum risks.  Learning to practice yoga to support internal and external state of body and mind, to keep both at optimal health and performance. 90+ minutes
