They provide a quality client experience that focuses on accessible and shame-free fitness of all types of people, and that goes beyond fitness and battles the barriers to health within the community head-on.

Super stealth head to toe intense training incorporating weight training, calisthenics, cardio machines, dumbbells', outdoor, indoor work, muscle confusion and so much more. Battle Box is not trainer specific and has the right to swap back up instructors when necessary. All fitness levels welcome.
