  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of class in order to get oriented to class and instructor
  • Gloves and wraps are required for class and available for purchase in studio (Gloves are $10 to rent and $29.99 for purchase. Traditional wraps are $9.99 and quick wraps are $14.99)

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Roundhouse Kickboxing's signature group fitness classes are one of a kind and are great for individuals at all skill levels. Every day you’ll do a challenging workout that combines the most effective kickboxing techniques, a curated music playlist, and a class environment led by their best-in-class trainers that will leave you wanting more and more. They track your intensity and heart rate through their Fitmetrix wearable, which will keep you motivated to push to burn those extra calories. Their 50 min sessions lead to lasting community relationships which will keep you accountable and support you through your fitness journey.
