This innovative session combines the invigorating sequences of Power Flow with the soothing techniques of Yin & Restorative Yoga. Designed to energize your body and calm your mind, this 60-minute class features 40 minutes of active flow followed by 20 minutes of restorative practices, concluding with a blissful Savasana. Ideal for those seeking a comprehensive practice that strengthens, stretches, and relaxes, Flow + Chill offers a holistic approach to well-being. Begin with Power Flow, a vigorous, fast-paced style of yoga that builds strength, flexibility, and endurance through a series of flowing postures synchronized with the breath. This dynamic portion of the class heats up the body, increases heart rate, and energizes the mind. After the flow, transition into the tranquil blend of Yin & Restorative Yoga, where long-held stretches target the connective tissues, and supportive postures using props promote deep relaxation and stress release. End with a Savasana, allowing you to absorb the benefits of your practice and find complete stillness. Perfect for all levels, this class leaves you feeling strong, flexible, and deeply relaxed. Class is warm 80-88 degrees Classes in Studio B are a comfortable room temperature Class Variations: 7am Wednesday Mornings at Brookhaven - class will dedicate more time to breathwork and mediation.
