Class Overview

Improve your kickboxing skill set while challenging your mind and body with: Partner drills, Mitt & Pad work, Offensive & defensive drills. Students will learn how to hold mitts and Thai pads correctly, learn kickboxing fundamentals and learn how to apply combinations and drills learned to practical situations. A strong emphasis will be placed on basic fundamentals such as foot work, proper guard, stance, progressive combinations and number systems. Students can expect light contact in a friendly controlled environment and comfortably sized classes to ensure instructor guidance. Students of all levels who are committed to training hard, challenging themselves and getting out of their comfort zone are welcome. REQUIRED: Gear: Hand Wraps, boxing gloves (NO bag gloves), shin guards, and mouth piece. (cup optional) Appropriate for students ages 14 and up. Space is limited to 16 people. Available to clients that monthly or paid in full members at no additional charge. Non-members may purchase the 10-pack class series for $200 that must be used within 3 months.

Know before you go

  • Must arrive 20 minutes early for your first class. 
  • Hand wraps & boxing gloves are required for all kickboxing fitness classes and available for purchase at the studio.   
  • GPS has a hard time locating the gym. They are located directly across the street from the REI in San Carlos and behind A3 Tile - FIRST driveway off the US 101 Highway Southbound – BRITTAN EXIT.

IMPACT! Kickboxing Fitness is a group exercise fitness studio that specialized in kickboxing fitness, boxing bag workouts, strength conditioning, and aerial silks classes. All levels of ability are welcome to this positive, fun workout experience!
