- Must arrive 20 minutes early for your first class.
- Hand wraps & boxing gloves are required for all kickboxing fitness classes and available for purchase at the studio.
- GPS has a hard time locating the gym. They are located directly across the street from the REI in San Carlos and behind A3 Tile - FIRST driveway off the US 101 Highway Southbound – BRITTAN EXIT.
