Class Overview

35-Minute Cycle class gives you the opportunity to Grind It Out during your lunch time. The Grind offers an extreme-energy, rhythm-based ride. This includes 35 minutes of high-intensity cardio formulated to GrindCycling’s brand standards. You will be guided throughout each class, with the ultimate experience of hitting fast flats, heavy hills, and lifting hand weights, through high energy, and purposeful choreography. Indoor cycling welcomes all fitness levels and cued variations will be given for each targeted movement in order to serve your needs. ‍

Know before you go

  • Please bring a water bottle
  • Provided: fresh towels, cool-down cold towels, and cycling shoes (no additional charge)
  • First time in a cycling class, don't sweat it. They will help you with your bike set up, get you clipped in, and make sure you feel secure on your bike
  • You must wear cycling shoes during the ride (bring your own or use theirs - their pedals have both SPD and Delta's clips)
  • New to spin? Please arrive 15 min prior to class to get set up.
  • Late arrivals will be escorted to their spot after song #1; no one is allowed to enter after the second song has begun. This is for the safety of riders, instructors, and to protect the energy of the class.

  • GrindCycle: Brace yourself for a pulse-pounding, rhythm-infused cycling experience! It's 45 minutes of heart-pounding cardio with a touches of choreography to amp up the intensity. They'll even throw in some hand weights for good measure, and our 5-minute cool-down stretch is the cherry on top.
  • GrindStrength: Get ready to unleash your inner powerhouse! In this 50-minute group fitness class, they harness the magic of FitBenches – an all-in-one bench system loaded with dumbbells, kettlebells, slam balls, and fit bands. It's your ticket to sculpting those muscles and mastering functional movements like never before.
  • GrindStretch: Prepare to unlock a new level of flexibility and inner strength! Their 50-minute stretch class is all about breathwork, core engagement, and increasing your range of motion. No weights here – it's all about rejuvenating your body and preventing injuries.
