Class Overview
If you've been feeling like a newborn giraffe when dancing in heels, we got you. Focus on building a sturdy foundation for heels dancing through strength exercises for the core and legs, breathing methods, and various across the floor & center combinations. This class will introduce newcomers to dancing in heels, and get advanced dancers ready to take LT's combo class, Vibe'd Heels. Dancers new to heels should try a closed toe, lace up boot with a 2-3" block heel; but take it as high as you'd like! $17 drop-in.Class Types

Know before you go
- Free street parking is available on Kennedy and McKinley streets (Parking is also free in the Kennedy lot behind the building)
- Enter through the main (south) doors on Kennedy Street, and take the stairs to the 2nd floor, a freight elevator and additional stairs are available through the loading dock (east) entrance
- Please arrive a few minutes before class begins and visit our reception desk to check in for class
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes you can move in
- Bring a water bottle!
