This high-energy cardio dance class is sure to boost your heart rate and your confidence as we dance it out with simple, follow-along choreography. Expect to experience a little of everything: jazz funk, hip hop, and music-video style movement that’s easy to pick up as you go. If you want to get a workout in while you improve your dancing skills, this class is for you. You just might forget you’re in a fitness class! Know before you go
- Free street parking is available on Kennedy and McKinley streets (Parking is also free in the Kennedy lot behind the building)
- Enter through the main (south) doors on Kennedy Street, and take the stairs to the 2nd floor, a freight elevator and additional stairs are available through the loading dock (east) entrance
- Please arrive a few minutes before class begins and visit our reception desk to check in for class
- Wear comfortable clothing and shoes you can move in
- Bring a water bottle!
