Class Overview

Power is our way of doing hard things with you. During class, you will witness your strength, both physically and mentally. Expect a combination of yoga shapes alongside traditional HIIT elements like jumping jacks, squats and pushups. Whether you choose to grab weights or not, expect to feel exhilarated and confident in your choices at every beat of the music. The Power practice is done barefoot so that you can stay firmly connected to the earth. This class is unheated, as we will move fiercely through the practice to create our own heat. Please bring a yoga mat, a sweat towel and water.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes early for your first class
  • Bring a water bottle, a sweat towel and a yoga mat (We have yoga mats for rent if you need them) 
  • Note that our doors lock 5 minutes after the class has begun, and no students will be let in after that. If you are running later than that, please text the studio contact number, and we will move you to the next class
  • We have plenty of parking in our parking lot, as there are spaces out front and off to the side of the studio

STUDIO OVERVIEW

The Coterie Wellness Studio offers three types of movement-based classes that allow you to get more in touch with yourself.  They understand that calming the chatter in your mind and tapping into your breath are equally as important as strengthening the physical body.  They understand that you are entering their space authentically to feel safe, to be seen and heard, and they take that very seriously.
