WHY SHOULD I JOIN POWER CYCLE & FITNESS STUDIO? We are the ONLY boutique fitness center in the area that offers Hip Hop classes with very advanced instructors.   WHAT IS THE BOOKING POLICY?  you are able to book classes 7 days in advance. It is highly recommended that you Pre-register for your desired class a few days in advance. Our classes are intended for small groups and space is limited. If classes are full, there is a wait list. If a spot in class becomes available, you will be notified via email/text message.   This is a good place to start to make sure you have the workout moves, Tanisha will introduce the new hand positions (which are all optional ) and these moves and motivation will get you to become familiar with the different classes that are offered by Power Cycle.   This class isn't a class where you are going to stay, once you have mastered the beginners class the owner advises the clients to try different classes to make room for other new clients.    Cancellation Notice: Please contact (813)284-7020 within two hours prior to this class time in order not to be subject to the $10.00 cancellation fee.   WHAT IS THE CHECK-IN PROCESS:  The front door is unlocked 30 minutes prior to class start time Please arrive five to ten minutes before class. Power Cycle does not permit late entry to our classes past 5 minutes. Lobby door is locked at class start time and all students must be in the studio space and on their bikes ready to ride. We do offer bottled water and towels. CELL PHONES AND EXCESSIVE TALKING IS NOT ALLOWED ONCE CLASS STARTS. We ask that the bikes are NEVER to be moved by client please if there is an issue address the instructor only.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 15 minutes prior to class to check in at the front desk and order your protein shake or Loade energy tea prior to class
  • You're welcome to bring your own lock to secure your items if needed
  • For cycling classes, bring clip-in cycling shoes (SPD) or tennis shoes, water, and a small towel

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Power Cycle is a small but very welcoming gym that offers lots of fun things to do while visiting. Their studio is all about making training a part of your daily lifestyle as well as creating and maintaining an optimistic state of mind. Power Cycle's fitness offerings include power cycling, endurance rides, beginner cycling, strength training, functional training, group training, and more. Not only can you work out, but you can sit in the smoothie shop with free Wi-Fi, watch tv and have a protein shake, or enjoy a nice cup of coffee.
