Know before you go

  • Bring a set of 5-15 lb. dumbbells/hand weights and an exercise mat (bodyweight is fine if you don't have weights) 
  • Bring water and a towel to set on your mat
  • Winter classes: bring gloves and dress in layers…even if it is chilly, you will get warm very fast!

Body by Bootcamp is an all-women's group fitness class geared for any level of fitness, as the goal is to provide different workouts each day, always including cardio, strength training, and core conditioning. Each workout can be adjusted to meet your fitness ability.
