Class Overview

The Hot60 is our signature set-sequence Vinyasa Flow Yoga class. A set sequence gives you the opportunity to really gauge how your practice is progressing.    We call it "Hot" because its FIRE. This Flow goes fast. Expect to get your blood flowing and your heart pumping, as together, we dance from pose to pose, challenging our own limitations and expanding our physical capabilities. This class will improve your strength, flexibility, balance and endurance. We have created this sequence to be a balanced, full-body practice.   The yoga studio is heated from about 98° to 104°F with 55-60% humidity. Expect to be hot and sweaty! Suitable for advanced yogis and beginners alike, the Hot60 teaches us to listen to our bodies and modify our personal practices to fit our individual needs.
