Know before you go
- Please arrive at least 5 min before class start
- Proper attire: maximum of shorts and a tank top for most classes, minimum of pole undies and a sports bra
- Free parking is available on 2nd street and on Klein in front of the studio and across the street
- Mats, socks, rubbing alcohol, rags, blocks, knee pads, bands, and balls are provided by the studio
