Train with the best! Join award-winning instructor Luis Novas (10+ years of experience) for a powerful 1-hour Cardio Boxing class. You'll push your limits through 8 rounds of cardio boxing using the low-impact double-end bag, plus rowing and treadmill work to maximize your endurance. This class is designed to challenge your entire body and improve your hand-eye coordination. Bring gloves and a towel. Limited to 20 participants.
