Class Overview

Express 40 minute Ped O Pole and Wunda Chair Class.  20 min of Ped O Pole exercises and 20 min of Wunda Chair exercises. Ped O Pole exercises will help with posture, leg strength, upper body strength, inner thigh strength and balance.  Wunda chair exercises will help strengthen the abdominals, re-align the body, improve balance and improve body imbalances.   40 Minute Express Class
