Our Conditioning class is our endurance class. The focus of this class is to burn calories and the goal is constant consistent movement. Get ready for less breaks and longer durations in each exercise. Depending on the day we focus on different muscle groups. AIRLAB is the nation’s first technology-driven workout studio that introduces altitude training to individuals of all fitness levels. Their specialized altitude room simulates high-altitude conditions, enabling participants to experience the benefits of reduced-oxygen training typically accessible only to elite athletes.
