A fusion of yoga and strength training that sculpts and stimulates your entire body, leaving you empowered and ready to conquer your fitness goals with a new level of confidence and vitality! You’ll warm up with two vinyasa flows, then grab the weights for a focused, music-fueled total body workout. Weights optional! Wind down with the same cool vibes as our Flow class.(60 min)

  • Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class
  • Parking: $2.75 for 2 hours at Sprouts parking garage with validation (ticket must be validated at front desk upon check-in) 
  • Please bring water, yoga mat, and a towel; everything you need is available for purchase or rent
