Body rollers are available for use after your workout and before the sauna. Sauna cabins include TV and yoga mat; with an optional upgrade of Bala weights. - This is a co-ed spa, but sauna cabins are for individual use
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to sign consent forms
- Proof of ID is required as this is a medical-grade studio
- Each session includes one hour in the gym (restrictions may apply)
- Parking in front across the street is available for 1 hour or 2 hours
