Class Overview

In this class, a jumpboard is attached to the front end of the reformer. Jumpboard classes are aerobic; you get the best of a cardio workout without the high-impact. Helps improve strength, coordination, and flexibility. Jumpboard classes add variety and low impact cardio to your reformer workout without the strain on your spine and back. Targets core, upper body, and lower body.   Prerequisite: At least one Beginner/Level 1 class or a private session. Please consult a doctor if you are working with serious injuries.   REQUIRED: Pilates grip socks are mandatory. Available for purchase in the studio. NO EXCEPTIONS. STRICT TARDINESS POLICY ENFORCED!:FOR YOUR SAFETY, YOU MUST ARRIVE ON TIME to your scheduled class or appointment. If you arrive AFTER 5 MINUTES of the scheduled class or appointment start time, you forfeit your class. You will not be refunded for this class. NO EXCEPTIONS! STRICT CANCELLATION POLICY ENFORCED!: Classes MUST be canceled 12 hours in advance to avoid a $15 late cancel/no show fee or losing a class. Classes may be canceled online or by calling the studio directly. Please be sure to leave a voicemail. Clients with packages and private sessions will lose the class/session. Monthly/Unlimited clients will be charged a $15 late fee. This does NOT apply to ClassPass members as they have their own contract with ClassPass that they must adhere to. No refunds will be given. Private sessions must be canceled 24 hours in advance to avoid forfeiting the session. New Clients: If you are brand new to our studio, please be sure to notify the front desk upon check in to get familiarized with the studio and go over new client protocols. Details: Classes are 50 minutes in duration. Each participant is assigned an individual apparatus that is adjusted based on your capability and individual needs. Waitlist Policy: If you are added to a waitlist, you are agreeing to fill a spot in the class if it becomes available. The system will add you to the class if a spot becomes available no later than 2 hours prior to the class start time. You are responsible for either attending or canceling upon notification of being added to class. All cancellation fees and policies apply to waitlist clients. Private Sessions: Private Sessions are 50 minutes in duration. Pregnant Clients: Pregnant clients (any stage) must provide a doctor's note prior to or at the time of scheduled class or session. We reserve the right to cancel a booked class without proper documents. Location & Parking: Los Angeles - We are located at 5665 Melrose Ave #109, Los Angeles, CA 90038. There is street parking available on Melrose Ave. and surrounding side streets. *Please allow yourself plenty of time to find parking. Although there is ample street parking available, please plan accordingly for peak Los Angeles traffic hours to avoid our tardiness policy.

  • Grip socks are required. If you don't have them, they are available for purchase at the studio.
  • For your safety, please arrive on time to your schedule class. If you arrive 5 minutes after the scheduled start time of your class, you may be subject to forfeiture of your class.  Your slot will be offered to the next client on our waitlist and you will not be refunded your credit.

This balance of mind and body will allow clients to perform whatever their passion is through a transformational physical and personal journey.
