Class Overview

Butt, Legs & Abs class alternates between energizing treadmill drills and targeted strength exercises to tone and strengthen your glutes, legs, and core. Expect squats, lunges, and exercises tailored to meet you where you are, paired with cardio bursts designed to boost your endurance and maximize your burn. Like every Shred415 class, we keep it balanced with equal time on the tread and the floor, so you can move at your own pace - walking, jogging or running and still crush your goals.

Know before you go

  • Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your first class (classes start promptly) 
  • Child care (6 wks to 13 yo) is available during the day by appointment for $6 per child (you must confirm availability with the studio, no child care drop-ins allowed)

STUDIO OVERVIEW

Every workout at Shred415 is divided into equal intervals alternating between treadmill drills and strength training. You'll select your weights and set the speed on the treadmill.  Your instructor will challenge you to work up to your next level at a pace that works for you. Shred415 provides complimentary lockers and towel service, as well as fully equipped bathrooms with showers, shampoo and conditioner, body wash, lotion, hair dryers, and other toiletries so you can freshen up.
