Class Overview

The b3 Cardio workout is an energetic, circuit-based class designed to build aerobic fitness and core strength. Our focus is on breath and body alignment as we rev the heart rate through large range functional movements.With options to modify throughout, this class is designed for all fitness levels—it’s heart healthy and a ton of fun! Join us in the studio.

Know before you go

  • Studio is located on the ground floor of the luxury Station House Residences at the corner of 2nd Street and G Street, NE with street access from the 2nd Street entrance
  • Neighborhood street parking available as well as several nearby parking garages and easy access from the Union Station Metro stop and bus
  • Wear yoga-like attire (socks are optional) bring a water bottle, mats and props are provided
  • New clients should arrive 15 minutes early
  • No experience required; instructors offer modifications throughout class
