Class Overview

This is our traditional strength and conditioning class. Each class includes a warm-up, a "LIFT" or strength piece, and a "MOVE" or conditioning piece.The Lift generally uses bodybuilding and bodyweight training methods to maximize your time, but also includes some olympic lifting technique work. The Move is high-intensity metabolic conditioning. Short workouts at high intensity allow us to build our aerobic capacity efficiently and effectively.
