105F is a center for yoga and mindfulness where you can stretch and reach for happy! They've hosted tens of thousands of students of all levels (beginners always welcome!) since opening in 2001. They’d love to have you join them to sweat, stretch, and feel great in their tropical hot rooms!

- Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class starts (doors lock when class begins and latecomers will not be let in)
- Bring your own yoga mat, bath-sized towel, water bottle, and no-drip garment bag for your wet items (rentals: mat for $3; towel for $3)
- Bottled water is available for purchase for $3
