STUDIO OVERVIEW

RSTR (Re*store) is a boutique gym located in the heart of the South Loop that focuses on physical & mental transformation. They specialize in 30-minute classes that focus on strengthening the body, increasing your metabolism, and eliminating excess fat. Alongside the workouts, they provide a look at your body composition using the InBody scan. This requires a one-on-one appointment with a coach to get what their team considers a "True Self Assessment". RSTR also provides state-of-the-art tools for recovery such as cryo bath, Infrared sauna, and much more, to help you on your journey of transformation through restoration.
