Treehouse School of Fitness is focused on providing clients with the safest and most effective training and coaching strategies on the North Shore. While they are one of the original Crossfit affiliates, they have changed their training focus to deliver clients safer coaching practices, while maximizing results. Their class model and overall structure typically consists of a warm up, a strength set of their current compound cycle movements, finished with some intense conditioning. While their classes typically are the more advanced side of training, modifications are always welcome for any client, but a base line weightlifting and conditioning experience level is recommended. The staple of their programming consists of universal movement patterns that are natural to the human body. Clients are able to safely, and effectively push themselves to their limits with any and all modifications needed through their knowledgeable coaches. Each class lasts roughly one hour and will maximize your training. They also offer various coaching practices alongside these classes, such as semi-private and personal training to take personal fitness journeys to the next level.
