Class Overview

Heated with Infrared, this class delivers fluid movement, breathwork, and meditation in a fast paced yoga + strength class. Class will begin with breathwork and Bala-weighted FLOW sequences, transitioning to targeted core strength movements in the second half of class. Clients can expect an elevated heart-rate along with deep stretching. While the class alone will leave you drenched in sweat, grounded and grateful - it is also the perfect complement to any cardio and strength training routine.

Know before you go

  • Riders must arrive 5 minutes prior to class start, as we will begin giving bikes away to wait-listed riders. If you are running late, call the studio to hold your bike. No one will be allowed to enter class more than 10 minutes late.
  • Bikes are compatible with SPD cleats (not sneakers). Complimentary shoe rental available. 
  • Parking is available in the 100 Hood Park garage, first 3 hours are free. The studio is right in between the Sullivan Square and Community College Orange Line stops – Sullivan Square is slightly closer.
  • There are cubbies and lockers to store your belongs and fully-stocked shower stations and changing rooms. Water also available for purchase.
