Class Overview

Heated with Infrared, this class delivers fluid movement, breathwork, and meditation in a fast paced yoga + strength class. Class will begin with breathwork and Bala-weighted FLOW sequences, transitioning to targeted core strength movements in the second half of class. Clients can expect an elevated heart-rate along with deep stretching. While the class alone will leave you drenched in sweat, grounded and grateful - it is also the perfect complement to any cardio and strength training routine.
