Why You Should Check It Out: Swerve offers such an extensive variety of classes, that students can pick their favorites that target where they want to work - and how. Looking to increase flexibility and muscle strength? Try Power Flow Yoga. More likely to keep up your cardio when you crank up the tunes and dance? Check out a Zumba, Yoga Booty Ballet or World Beat Workout. Want to workout a little bit of everything, but get bored easily? Switch it up throughout the class with Circuit Training, or a circuit training-based Rock & Roll Pilates Class. Create a Swerve fitness cocktail just for you with a mix of your favorite classes!

Know Before You Go: Swerve is located on the second level of the complex. New students should arrive 10 minutes prior to the first class to check in at the front desk and to fill out paperwork. The front desk is in a separate suite next to the studio; always sign in at the front desk prior to class.

Limited parking is available in the shared complex lot; street parking is available on Sweetzer Avenue and Blackburn Avenue; metered parking is available on 3rd Street (check parking enforcement signs for restrictions on all streets).
