About the owner: Owner and trainer Steve Hess uses his 12 years of physical training and his experience as a professional MMA fighter to encourage you to push yourself to the limits of your body and mind to develop greater mental discipline, concentration and self-respect, as well as achieve increased flexibility, weight loss, endurance, strength and muscle tone for your body. The Fighting 4 Fitness philosophy is that these disciplines can result in overall well-being for your mind, body and spirit.
Types of classes offered: Fighting 4 Fitness offers high intensity circuit training classes that include a plethora of fitness equipment and challenging exercises. Classes include kettlebell and weight training combined with plyometric and agility exercises. Each session ends with you pairing up with a partner for a round of kickboxing with the pads. You will never experience the same workout twice and you will leave feeling like a champion.
What's unique about Fighting 4 Fitness? The sessions are structured around martial arts movements, routines, and philosophies. Trainer Steve Hess, a financial analyst turned professional Mixed Martial Arts fighter, applies his 12 years of martial arts know-how to help students crush mental boundaries and reach their physical potential.
These challenging group classes, which take place in the Olympian setting of Lee Park on Turtle Creek Boulevard, are a great way to see just how far you can push yourself -- and to find the motivation you've been lacking. Classes are offered 3 times a week and are 60 minutes in duration.
What makes your bootcamp awesome? For some, it's to impress that intimidatingly feisty crush. For others, it's the post-workout glow of feeling like you have borderline-superhuman strength. Whatever your motivation to get ripped, Fighting 4 Fitness's boot camp will get you there. Get ready to be challenged and be pushed past your physical and mental limits!
