Voted Top Personal Trainer and Group Fitness instructor in Austin, Coach Hannah Friggel offers classes in North-Central Austin. Classes are for all fitness levels – clients range from first-timers, grandparents, athletes, college students, moms & dads (kids!), young professionals, pregnant/postpartum women, you name it! All have the common goal of working as a team, having fun, and bettering themselves through movement! Classes are one hour and consist of a mix of strength training and cardio. All workouts are trainer-led outdoors, with a concentration on ideal form and modifications for injuries.
