Class Overview

Our Upper Body HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) classes put the focus on upper body muscle groups including shoulders, back, chest, and arms. Some core may also be included to help round out the program. Classes are designed to be modifiable and scalable to fit all fitness levels. Max. class size is 15 so you get personalized attention and true small group personal training. Class is 45 minutes and starts promptly at the scheduled time.

Know before you go

  • When you arrive, choose "DOOR PIN" option, enter Suite # 105, hit NEXT. Enter PIN 9480, hit NEXT and the door will unlock. Enter the building and walk past the elevator & mailboxes, through a wooden door, the studio is down the hall on the left.
  • Bring a water bottle and a towel; a water cooler and bathrooms are available
  • Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before class begins
  • Metered parking is available on surrounding streets, including 7th, 8th & Cypress Streets
